php upload restrictions

We have applied temporary fixes across all servers to mitigate PHP2Shell-type vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619). This may cause problems with file uploads.
Please be patient. We will restore normal PHP operations as soon as we receive the necessary fixes from the developers.
